Breakfast:
Another pair of yogurts and an apple
Mid-Morning:
A protein shake (9oz skim, 2 scoops of powder)
Lunch:
Crock Pot BBQ Chicken and 2 carrots with a dab of peanut butter
Mid-Afternoon:
Another carrot with peanut butter, another apple, and two hard boiled eggs
Dinner:
A ton of spaghetti squash and tomato sauce imported from my parents' house - thanks dad! This was a great meal because it was a lot LIKE spaghetti, and I got to eat as much of it as I wanted, but it was just squash and tomato sauce.
Dessert:
An apple! I'm going to eat this world into an apple shortage.
